What is Your Return Policy?
We have 60 days return policy on most items. Please see return information by clicking on the returns tab below the home page.
Can you Expedite Shipping?
Yes, when checking out, you will see options for expedited shipping. We offer economic, standard, 2 days, 3 days and overnight shipping.
Can you Do Bulk Discounts?
Yes, depending on the item and the quantity, please reach out to our customer service team and we will be happy to discuss bulk order discounts in detail.
Do you Ship International?
No, we currently only ship within the United Arab Emirates
Can I select which Carrier to choose?
Yes. We can select a specific Carrier that will best suit your needs. We can ship with UPS, FedEx, Aramex and SHL. Please note that not all carries can deliver to a specific location. An increased charge may Apply
I don't like what I received, Can I change it?
Yes. we can exchange any item for one of equal to lesser value. The return must come back in original packaging and the item cannot be used or damaged in any way. An exchange for an item of lesser value will have any difference in price refunded.
How fast are items Shipped?
Orders that have been paid in full will be shipped same day or next business day. Please note that we ship Monday to Saturday 9am to 7pm. We are closed on Sundays. If you need an item shipped as soon as possible, please reach out to our customer service team and they will be happy to accommodate your request as best as they can.
Can I get Gift Wrapping for my Item?
Yes! we do gift wrapping at a cost.
Can I make sure the value of gift orders is not shown?
Absolutely. Orders are shipped with a packing slip that shows the item and address. While Payment Invoices and Vouchers are sent electronically by mail. No Information on the Payment or item value is included on or in the package.
My Item is lost or stolen, what can be Done?
Please contact our customer service team and they will assist you promptly. Make sure that the address on your order is correct and that you have first check with your neighbors and members of your household to make sure they have not received your package by accident.
