We will gladly accept any return within 30 days of invoice. Returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization. Returns must be in the original carton, must include a copy of the invoice, and be in new condition as determined by HangersWorld.ae Special orders, customized hangers, bulk order placements are not refundable or exchangeable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears.

SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items can only be exchanged for equal or lesser value product.

DAMAGES:

If you discover any products damaged and/or not useable condition, please send us pictures at hello@hangersworld.ae or +971554788810. We will work with the delivery partner to reach a solution as soon as possible.
